The 2nd Edition of Shallow and Deepwater Mexico is fast approaching, held once again at the Carmen XXI Convention Center in Mexico’s Petroleum Capital: Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, October 12 to 14. We look forward to seeing you again and providing a world-class in-person event with relevant industry information and meaningful business connections.
For EPG Events, the health and safety of all is our number one priority. In anticipation of the start of the 2nd Edition of Shallow and Deepwater Mexico Exhibition and Conference, we have established the necessary preventive measures outlined by the CDC and Federal, State, and Local health authorities to diminish the risk of exposure to Covid-19.
However, we need your support and commitment in following these protocols to make Shallow and Deepwater Mexico a safe, productive, and professional event:
Please ensure you have taken the time to read all of the latest Government, Public Health, travel and testing guidance. You can find these here.
A digital health questionnaire must be completed 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
Plan your visit before you arrive at the venue. Knowing what you are going to do and where to go will contribute to your safe and productive attendance.
Please ensure that you are in good health, with no fever or other symptoms related to COVID-19, before travelling to the venue.
Daily verbal self-health questionnaire before entering the event. Please have your registration details available to avoid delays
All attendees are required to wear a face covering in all areas of the event at all times.
Hand sanitisers will be readily available throughout the venue. Please continue to follow guidance and wash your hands frequently
Please be mindful of individuals personal space, give people space when you are walking past them and consider elbow bumps rather than handshakes or hugs.
The lobby, showroom, and conference room will have a designated entrance and exit.
Daily disinfecting of the venue before and after the event
Medical personnel on-site during move-in, event days, and move-out
Exhibitors are reviewing stand designs to avoid enclosed meeting areas and create more open, ventilated space.
You should not attend the Event if you:
*Attendees should provide their own face coverings. This can be a face mask or you may also use a scarf, bandana, religious garment or hand-made cloth covering. Face coverings are largely intended to protect others, not the wearer, against the spread of infection because they cover the nose and mouth, which are the main confirmed sources of transmission of virus that causes coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Face coverings must as a minimum cover your nose and mouth while securely fitting around the sides of your face.
Be kind and considerate to your industry colleagues and event staff. Being personally accountable to adhere to the requirements above and supporting each other is our collective responsibility to run a successful event for all. Any individuals not complying with the requirements above may be asked to leave the event.
