Luis is a Industrial and Systems Engineer graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Working with Heerema Marine Contractors for more than 16 years, 13 of them of international experience residing in the United States, Holland and Scotland developing in different areas such as engineering, planning, project manager and currently in the commercial area.
Upon his return to Mexico in 2019, he is designated Country Manager, among some of his responsibilities is the commercial area and customer service during the development of the project.
