Founding Partner of Priego Brito, one of the first formal legal firms that were established in Tabasco, with representation in much of the Mexican southeast and the capital of the Republic.
Pioneer in opening a legal area specialized in Petroleum Law, accredited by its investigations in various matters related to said activity: labor, criminal, social, environmental, civil, and corporate, the result of which has been reflected in functional contributions of a practical nature that have allowed solve serious problems that affect the operation on land and sea.
He completed doctoral studies in Europe on corruption at the University of Salamanca; he completed the Law Firm Management Program at Yale; Postgraduate degree in Energy from Houston University, a Postgraduate degree in ITAM, Escuela Libre de Derecho, a Master’s Degree in Energy Law from UDLAP University, Anticorruption and Transparency Diploma from UNAM University, Ibero-American Online Master in Anticorruption Policies.
He is an active member of the Mexican Academy of Energy Law AMDE, The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, the Association of International Negotiators AIPN, of the CECyTE Board of Trustees, was awarded the Eneryerco National Energy Law Award for Energy & Ecology 2019 and awarded the Energy Award 2017, Jorge Calles Broca for the Present Multimedia Group.
