Joined Protexa in January 1991, he is currently Infrastructure and Maintenance Project Manager for oil facilities in the Energy Division. 32 years of experience in marine and land pipeline laying contracts, transportation and installation of marine infrastructure and maintenance of marine infrastructure. Experience in directing IPC projects for Petróleos Mexicanos from the design, engineering, construction, transportation and installation of light marine structures, octapods and their associated pipelines.

Shallow & Deepwater Mexico: Offshore oil and gas congress focused on exploration and production of hydrocarbons in shallow and deep waters in the Gulf of Mexico.
