Dubai-based offshore drilling contractor Shelf Drilling has announced a major management reshuffle, appointing Greg O’Brien as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), David Mullen as Executive Chairman, and Ernie Danner as Lead Independent Director. All three leaders have previously held significant roles within the company, ensuring continuity and expertise in their new positions.

This leadership transition follows the recent announcement that Douglas Stewart will take over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2024, succeeding Greg O’Brien, who has moved into the CEO role as of August 2024.
