Geological Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM, she has 12 years of experience, 5 of them in the collaboration and direction of various applied engineering studies for the mining industry, civil works, environmental studies and subway and surface hydrology, prepared for the public and private sector.
She collaborates in the National Hydrocarbons Commission since 2015, where she currently serves as the head of the General Directorate of Exploration Rulings. Among her main functions is coordinating the process for the evaluation and assessment of Exploration Plans and Evaluation Programs carried out by oil companies in Mexico, as well as preparing technical opinions for the granting and modification of Assignments granted to Petróleos Mexicanos.
In regulatory matters, he has collaborated in several initiatives of continuous improvement, mainly for the publication of the Guidelines that regulate the Exploration and Development Plans for the Extraction of Hydrocarbons and their subsequent modifications; the delivery of induction workshops and assistance to oil operators during the transition stage of start-up of Contracts for the Exploration and Extraction of Hydrocarbons for the documentation of Exploration Plans and Evaluation Programs.
