Mr. Vera has more than 30 years of international experience in the oil and gas sector working for world-class organizations such as Schlumberger, Nabors, GE and Siemens. With Naviera Integral, Cesar is driving the service expansion and global presence initiatives. He is a very versatile professional with diverse experience in services related to the drilling and production of oil and gas wells both in the offshore and onshore sectors. Mr. Vera holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a constant presence at industry events both as a panelist and moderator in Canada and Mexico.
