In a groundbreaking move set to reshape the region’s energy landscape, New Fortress Energy (NFE) celebrated the launch of operations for its first floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) production project, Altamira FLNG1. This milestone was marked by the inaugural LNG cargo, produced by the Altamira FLNG1 project, setting sail aboard the Energos Princess bound for NFE’s terminal in La Paz, Mexico.
