She has a PhD in Humanistic Studies with a focus on Science and Technology, graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Monterrey Campus (Tec de Monterrey), and has a Master’s Degree in International Law (MDI) from the Graduate School of Public Administration. and Public Policies (EGAP) of the Tec de Monterrey, and with the Law Degree issued by that same institution. Additionally, he has studied Diplomas at Cornell University (Ithaca), Georgetown University (Washington), Université de la Sorbonne (Paris), and Harvard University (Boston). He has a book published in the field of Human Rights, as well as various publications in academic journals indexed internationally. She is currently National President EXATEC of the School of Government and Public Transformation of Tec de Monterrey, Counselor of the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and Legal Director of Regulation and Compliance of Vitol Mexico, focusing her practice in energy law, corporate and international.
