Victor Oliveros holds an undergraduate degree in International Business and Economics from St. Edwards University as well as an MBA from Texas A&M Mays Business School. For the last nine years he has been working in the oil and gas industry mostly focused on the engineering and consulting side of it. Initially, he was part of the business development team at Intecsea, the offshore specialized division of Worley before becoming the Business Development Director for Worley in Mexico in 2016 representing the company’s interests in its different sectors including hydrocarbons, mining, infrastructure, power, and chemicals. After WorleyParsons’ acquisition of Jacobs’ ECR business in 2019, Victor became the Business Development Director for offshore in the US Gulf of Mexico and Latin America.
