Darrel graduated from Texas A&M with a Maritime Systems Engineering degree in 1990. He held several technical positions within the industry until 1997. Darrel then joined Transocean and has held various positions of increased responsibility, including Director of Engineering and HSE Director. In 2016 he was appointed to the role of Director, Technical Marketing, and leads a team that aligns Transocean’s innovative technical solutions with customers’ needs.
